The EURA similar to a EULA is a agreement that all repairs are bound to protect the repairer as well as the phone owner.

 

~Phones Left for more then 30(thirty) days are assumed abandoned and recycled.  there is no fee or recovery for recycled phones.

~During testing any thing not functioning on a phone at the time it was received is not guaranteed to work after a repair. a phone       that is unfixable will be charged a $10 fee for time spent during the attempted repair. If a phone can not be tested there is no           warranty. 

~During testing anything the tester sees that is deemed  immoral or illegal may stop testing and require police involvement.

~Codes to access the phone is used for testing the phone and is required if phone is password protected. if no password given           phone is considered not functioning and will have no warranty.

 ~water damaged phones have no warranty.

~phones repaired elsewhere that are missing screws or other component's have no warranty.

~installer or its employer assumes no liability while repairing a phone. All phones are considered broken by phone owner. As a phone owner that has hired a seasoned installer to repair damage done, phone owner agrees to hold no responsibility beyond the repair of phone brought to installer if repair can not be completed.

~phones with bent frames will have no warranty. Screens are flat and will separate if on a curved surface bent corners will prohibit the screen from seating (some corners can be fixed with the use of a g-tool this takes extra time and cost) bent metal is weak and sharp if used phone should not be used if not in a case that will cover the area that was damaged recommendation is not to repair a phone that has frame damage. beyond a screen surface pressure against circuits can cause unseen damage when relieved causing the phone not to function

~all phones should be backed up prior to repair.

~the installation of a screen does not affect software any software related issues before will remain after.  

~all warranty's that are covered by the manufacture as a defect will be replaced at no charge a deposit of $15 can be charged if warranty status is unknown until manufacture approves warranty then deposit will be returned. if unapproved $15 will be cost of repair considered paid in full.

~installer asks for a uninterrupted hour to perform repair if additional time is needed it will be requested by installer.   

~by creating an appointment or having an installer repair your phone you agree to these terms. Full payment is due at pick up of phone
